Wouldn't it be cheaper to have my own IT staff?
Generally speaking, the answer is no. Cetra determines a price for your company based on the number of computers and servers you have. The price is almost always lower than an in-house employee. However, it can depend on how much you value that position. You may be able to hire a person right out of high school or college who seems to know a lot about computers and be able to hire them for less than what Cetra is quoting.
