Michael McMurdo
Chief Executive Officer

Mike has more than 35 years of experience in operations and information technology and has been president and CIO for a number of Hawaii’s Top 250 companies prior to establishing Cetra Technology.  His business operations experience helps Cetra design the best solutions to meet clients’ needs.  Mike has a degree in Mathematics with post-graduate work in High Energy Physics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

He is currently on the board of directors of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce.  He was previously awarded the Kuroko “Behind the Scenes” Award  for his efforts to improve the organization’s phone and computer systems.

Guy Fernandes
President

Guy Fernandes has over 30 years of experience working in financial, medical, legal, construction, government, retail, and hotel industries. He has been instrumental in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of business systems for many of Hawaii's businesses. He has been a Systems Engineer responsible for designing, installing and managing a data processing center and created the Fraud Detection check imaging solution for one of Hawaii’s leading banks. Guy also manages the forensic and data recovery division of Cetra Technology. Guy holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii.​

Theresia McMurdo
Chief Operating Officer

In addition to serving as COO, Theresia serves as president of Cetra Technology Philippines, a business process outsourcing company in the Philippines. Prior to joining Cetra, Theresia spent 21 years with the Estate of James Campbell, the James Campbell Company and its affiliate companies, concluding as vice president of Public Affairs for Kapolei Property Development where she was responsible for marketing the City of Kapolei. She subsequently provided strategic communications consulting for a number of clients in the real estate, education, energy, publications, construction, health and non-profit sectors.
Theresia holds an Executive MBA degree, a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication, and a Certificate in International Management all from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Anson Lum
Chief of Engineering

Anson Lum has worked with the core team for more than 20 years. He has gone through several training disciplines/certifications including VMWare, Microsoft, OpenText, Security and helpdesk management. His experience of more than 20 years ranges from building solid small business environments to very large and complex systems such as a 40-server cluster, hyper converged, 42 TB, high availability environment for a medical cancer treatment facility. He currently manages the engineering side of Cetra Technology which builds and manages IT infrastructure for Cetra’s customers. Anson also helped design and build the core infrastructure for Cetra’s own data center.
